El Camino Health is seeking an innovative, forward-thinking leader to serve as Sr. Director, Decision Support & Business Analytics, driving the future of financial analytics, technology, and data-informed decision-making in Mountain View, California!
The Position
The Sr. Director of Decision Support & Business Analytics is responsible for providing strategic leadership and enterprise oversight of financial modeling, business intelligence, decision support, and advanced analytics at El Camino Health.
This leader will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Key projects and initiatives will focus on transforming El Camino Health’s decision support and business analytics function through innovative technology and AI, creating greater efficiency and strengthening data-driven decision-making across the organization. This leader will guide the team through this evolution while fostering engagement and adoption along the way.
The ideal candidate will be a highly accomplished healthcare finance and analytics leader. This individual will bring strong executive presence, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative, forward-thinking leadership style.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to translate complex information into meaningful strategic insight and successfully lead teams through change.
Demonstrated AI and technology literacy, coupled with sound judgment around the appropriate application of emerging technologies, will be essential.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in business analytics and financial planning, coupled with at least 10 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting, is required.
Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $280,000 to $339,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
